Our team will work around your personal schedule to ensure your given the best service possible. Our average client appointment takes up to 45 minutes.
You will be guided through the best shopping experience humanly possibly, treated to light refreshments and given a personal shop assistant to meet your needs. Your personal shop assistant will help you find the perfect fit, style, and item that suits your shape and personality and offers you the best fit for work, official engagement or pleasure.
Once your order has been agreed and accepted we will agree on payment, we accept all cards as well as instant payment.
Delivery for your personalised handmade shirt(s) is four weeks, follow up contact to deliver your shirt(s) will be made. Your shirt(s) can be collected in store in shipped directly to you.
Once you are in our system and happy with the fit and quality, we will send you a unique link allowing you to reorder or pre-order items online without booking an appointment.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit or performance of your purchase please return it for a prompt and complete refund. We will personally accommodate the exchange or refund to ensure you are fully satisfied. If you still exchange your product and your still not 100% satisfied- you will get a prompt and complete refund.
We ask our customers to provide any returns to their personal stylist within nighty (90) days of the products delivery date. Products must not be damaged, excessively worn or have been further altered.

We are unable to warranty a product if it has been further altered, amended or tailored.
Return It's Simple
Return shipping is free of charge. We will assist you with any returns and ensure you are fully satisfied . Once we have received and processed your return (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied.
Some banks and credit card companies take up to five business working days to apply the refunded credit to your account.

The fabrics, on typical structures poplin, zephyr, twill and oxford, are realised with two folded cotton yarns 140/2 obtained from the best Egyptian cotton. Cultivated in a small area of the Nile delta, particular climatic conditions and the fertility of the earth, fibres allow reaching the fineness, the silky handle and the softness of the best shirting fabrics.
Super white fabrics, created with the best Egyptian Cotton. Presents extraordinary and unique characteristics; the fibre being notably long and the brightness amongst the best of the Egyptian long-staple cotton, guaranteeing a particularly luminous and brilliant white.
